Camster bills itself as an “Adult Social Network”. While this is true to some degree you’re not looking a the adult version of Facebook. The website, as you have probably guessed, is a cam site. It seems to have the same general features of other cam sites. There really isn’t a lot of additional social network elements.
Our Rating: (4 / 5)
Anyway, Camster comes in at #1,806 globally for traffic. We’re well outside of the top 1,000 but the site still gets lots of traffic. One thing you’ll probably notice is that the “models online” count starts to drop pretty fast as you get further away from the top sites. This isn’t always a bad thing, especially when you get to really niche sites. Camster seems to have around 100 models on at a time though there are definitely more at times.
You can stay a free member if you’d like, but to make the most of the site you need to get the $19.95/month subscription. It will let you send emails and private messages to the models and you’ll also be able to buy credits. With your first month’s payment, you’ll get 20 credits to spend.
We’re not really a fan of the required monthly fee for any of the cam sites. It’s one thing if there is a monthly account that gets you bonuses, that’s cool, you can get it if you want. But having to pay a monthly fee to be able to spend money on the site feels kind of like a cheap shot.
With that said there are a lot of hot models on the site. You can still look around the place for free and decide if you want to just browse or pay the monthly price to use all the features of the site.
Camster Credit Prices
Credits are approximately $1 each. They have 5 different price points for credit package: $29.99, $39.99, $69.99, $99.99, $159.99.
There is a limit set of $200/day in credit purchases. But if you’ve got money to burn and you’ve been a paying member for at least a month you can call and become a Premium member. They don’t really list the perks other than being able to spend more money.
